SHIPPING After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the order you just placed. Also included in your confirmation e-mail is important information regarding your order and guidelines pertaining to your order. Orders are shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS WARRANTY All products carry a 30-day warranty. See Return policy for information about return procedures. RETURNS To return a product, you will need an RMA (return merchandise authorization) Number. In order to get this number you will need to visit our Contact Us page and send mail to RMA Returns. Please supply a detailed reason why you are not happy with your product, your order number, your name and the item you wish to return. Please note that the customer is responsible for return cost. ALL RETURNS must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning any product(s). You are responsible for sending the defective product back. Defective merchandise is exchanged for the exact replacement. The customer is responsible for the return of the defective product(s). If a refund is requested instead of the replacement option, a refund will be sent for the cost of the item but not the shipping charges.
